Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving goods, unless an item is personalised, hygiene-sensitive, final sale, or otherwise excluded by law.
Returned goods should be unused, unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods. Original delivery charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
